Voluntary Benefits

Tillman designs and implements voluntary benefits programs that offer employees additional benefits at virtually no cost to your organization. Based on individual needs, workers choose from a menu of coverage options and pay for them at reduced group rates. The programs typically include life insurance (frequently without a medical exam requirement), disability, dental, vision, long-term care and legal services.

Flexible Benefits

Tillman designs and administers flexible benefit plans, which help reduce payroll taxes and increase employees. take home pay. These include a Section 125 premium conversion plan whereby workers contribute towards benefits on a pre-tax basis. In addition, Medical Savings Accounts (MSA.s) are designed to help employees with good health enhance their retirement programs.

Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) allow employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay for day care and pre-school expenses as well as out-of-pocket medical, dental and vision costs.
